First day of “proper lectures”. First impressions, we’re still being eased in gently, two of the one hour lectures/tutorials turned into 20 minute “Hi, we’ll start properly later in the week.” meets.
I know I shouldn’t judge yet, but I’m not happy with the first impression of the web design module. I know some people will never have touched (x)html, but for gods sake, we’re at uni, do we really need to spend a semester learning the very basics of what a webpage is?
Best impression of the day, Jane telling three people to not bother coming in 20 minutes late and to come to the lecture she’s giving another group tomorrow. :D I like this woman :3

Note to self: Listening to Saviour Vox on repeat while alone is not a good idea. >.<

Uni wifi makes me happy in the pants.

A university having to make a blackboard post about delays in student finance applications should be bad news. Knowing that they’re aware of the situation and prepared to deal with it is quite possibly the best news I’ve had in months. :)
